I strive to meet my clients where they are at in their journey and walk alongside them through the challenges and joys life brings. I love working with clients who are engaged, committed to the therapeutic process, and want to make a positive change in their life. Although I wish we had the power to make all of the problems you are facing disappear, I know that change has to come from within and is a gradual process that takes time, acceptance, and willingness to learn new strategies for coping and approaching life.
