I strive to meet my clients where they are at on their journey and walk alongside them through the challenges and joys life brings. I am energized by working with clients who are engaged, committed to the therapeutic process, and want to make a thoughtful and intentional change in their life. Although I wish I had the power to make all of the problems you are facing disappear, I know that change comes from within and is a gradual process that takes time, courage, self-acceptance, and a willingness to learn and incorporate new strategies for coping and approaching life.
